Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Note: You may cancel your order ONLY before a tracking number is issued. Once tracking number is issued you may not cancel order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Disputes/ Chargebacks
If you place an order then dispute your purchase our team will file an investigation with your bank. We are NOT responsible for lost funds due to the bank siding with us.
